Residential Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, a company developing a unique project consisting of marina, hotel, residential, retail and leisure areas located on the Montenegrin coast, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Sales Manager with a very strong background in hight-end residential sales.

You will be responsible for:

Work as an independent Sales Manager driving your own agenda and activities including direct contact with HNW clients as well as developing relationships with agents and third party sales channels;

Taking on responsibility for the sale of luxury high-end residential units valued at €500k-€3.5mil, predominantly to clients from Eastern Europe and Russian markets;

Organize visits of potential buyers on site, introducing the project with its facilities, the region and its potential;

Participate in events targeted at a special HNW clientele in main centres of interest;

Participate and present the project at international shows, conferences and other relevant events;

Closely cooperate with the Marketing Team, other Sales Representatives and the Legal Team.

In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria:

Proven track record in high-end residential sales experience in a resort luxury environment is a must;

Professional experience with high net worth clients essential, including existing network/database of contacts;

Proven track record in closing residential contracts in Russia / Baltic region / CIS countries is essential;

Excellent written and spoken English AND Russian is a must;

Willing to travel and network independently;

Ability to generate leads independently, existing network of high net worth brokers and clients is a strong asset;

Ability to relocate or spend significant amount of time in Montenegro.
