Sales Agent

On behalf of our client, a local representative of a global real estate services company, we are looking for a motivated and self driven individual to join the expert sales team, learn about the specifics of Montenegrin real estate market and provide high level expertise and advice to their international clientele. 


You will be responsible for:

Liaise with the property owners and sellers, and manage the sales process i.e. agree terms and sign relevant paperwork, prepare marketing documents, photographs, online advertising;

Actively research and identify properties that would add value to the company portfolio;

Create and manage a strong relationship with buyers, i.e. understand their needs and expectations, organize their visits to Montenegro and support with any required logistics to provide a memorable experience, prepare a potential portfolio of properties to visit, arrange all visits and provide all information and guidance in a professional manner;

Provide information about the market and all properties in company portfolio;

Maintain up to date records and files;

Active support and cooperation with the Sales Manager and the MD, as well as any external partners.


In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria:

Professional experience in customer services or client relations is essential, prior experience in real estate is welcome;

Prior experience in work with clients from Russian and English speaking countries is a big plus;

Excellent written and spoken Montenegrin, English AND Russian is a must;

Willing to travel and network independently;

Full clean driving license, eligible to drive in Montenegro and Croatia;

Ability to generate leads independently, and drive the contract to a successful end;

Honest, diligent and self driven person with an appetite to learn and grow in the business.
