Financial Manager

On behalf of our client, an international property development and investment company, we are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to take on the responsibility for the improvement of the Company performance and driving efficiencies by implementation of a thorough financial modeling and forecasting system, evaluation and analysis of the financial performance of the Company and effective forecasts.

You will be expected to:

Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures;

Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance;

Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools;

Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis;

Input to Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports;

Update and develop and forecast tools and Dashboard reports;

Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies, conversion of revenue to cash and understand ROI in marketing programs, product pricing as well as new projects;

Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives;

Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes;

Supporting Senior Management Team with in-depth analysis;

Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team;

To undertake other such duties as appropriate with the level and nature of the role.

In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria:

Degree educated, strong A levels, ACA/CIMA preferred;

3+ years’ experience within Financial Planning and Analysis;

Experience in Investment/Development industries preferred;

Strong leadership skills required;

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;

Access and Crystal reporting skills desirable;

Highest standards of accuracy and precision;

Excellent organisational skills;

Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated;

Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity;

Montenegro-based candidates preferred; UK-based applicants willing to relocate or travel to Montenegro on a monthly basis will be considered.
