On behalf of our client, an international property development and investment company, we are looking for an experienced BDM to identify, analyse, validate and pursue new investment and business development opportunities, in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and to ensure optimal expansion and profitability; and to manage and/or oversee implementation of corporate projects. You will either independently perform, or support the General Counsel with the following: LEGAL RESEARCH Research, analyse and interpret existing laws, pending legislation and other legal authorities in order to ensure Lustica Development AD is making informed decisions and is pre-empting potential legislative developments. Develop simple proposals and recommendations arising from research and propose to General Counsel and for inclusion in internal literature with legal implications. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT Participate in the preparation of draft agreements, including Consultant and Service Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Employment Agreements, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of all legal and contractual documents. Maintain employee information, personal files and employee data retained on file and within the HR system. Assist in the preparation and review of documentation for submission to internal and external stakeholders. Review and analyse internal policies and procedures to ensure compliant with relevant legislation. EXTERNAL RELATIONS Act as the conduit between Lustica Development AD and external bodies, including the Land Registry, Tax Administration an Central Register of Commercial Entities, by delivering relevant documents, answering queries and ensuring administrative activities surrounding corporate obligations are complete. EXTERNAL RELATIONS Preparation, scanning & production of contract documents, reports and plans, in liaison with Finance, Sales and Project Departments. Provide administrative support, including drafting communications, document management and general filing. In order to succeed, you fulfil the following criteria: Law Degree. Fluent English and Serbian, written and verbal. Strong written and verbal communication capability, with good questioning and listening skills; able to interact professionally and positively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to deliver quality work to deadline, within a fast-paced professional environment. Understands the importance of and acts with discipline, a high degree of accuracy and takes the initiative to drive results within established processes. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
